Now based on IR Catalytic technology, we manufacture gas brooder for poultry house, with two ways to
ignition: manual ignition (Purple Horn2606/6806) and auto-ignition type (Purple Horn2608/6808).

Material
Shell material: heat-resistant aluminum plate, light does not rust (on the market of some iron-based enamel coating, after the bump easily fall off and rust);
Burning surface: High quality cordierite honeycomb panels with catalyst coating
Operating Steps
A. Before use, please check the heater ceramic plate surface is intact, make the distance between probe
at burning net and the ceramic plate to maintain 2-5mm. Install the heater with diamter 6mm flexible
pipe, check whether the gas circuit leakage, adjust the pressure to the heater required. (Natural gas /
LPG working pressure 2800-5000 Pa, pls note biogas can’t be used for automatic type heater).
B. Open the main valve on the gas source and the switch on the temperature control cabinet. The igniter,
ignition needle and the solenoid valve automatically make ignition. Heater is working properly,
If heater works normally, green light on temperature control cabinet is always on,or else the red light
on.
C. Please close the main valve and gas source when don’t use.
