1. Check that all parts of the equipment are installed according to the assembly drawing and connected correctly.

2. Turn on the power, the power indicator light is on, input compressed air, adjust the air supply regulating valve on the rack to make it to be 6BAR.

3. Add the powder to the powder supply bucket for about 2/3 of the best, then adjust the fluidizer regulating valve to make the powder in the barrel flip, but it should not be too heavy to avoid the powder from rushing out of the barrel, after finishing adjustment lock the regulating valve, close the barrel cover and buckle, and connect the exhaust hose to the spray chamber.

4. Hold the spray gun towards the spray booth, press the trigger, adjust the high pressure rotary set, and select the high pressure according to the product (usually 50-60KV for the first spray, 20-30KV for the second or multiple spray ).

5. Adjust the powder air pressure reducing valve. The timing air head indicator is about 2BAR, and the dilution air meter head about 0.1BAR. At this time, the workpiece can be sprayed.
