Operating Steps

A. Before use, please check the heater ceramic plate surface is intact, make the distance between probe  at burning net and the ceramic plate to maintain 2-5mm(below picture). Install the heater, check  whether the gas circuit leakage, adjust the pressure to the heater required.(Natural gas / LPG

working pressure 2800-5000 Pa, biogas working pressure higher than 8000Pa).

B. Open the main gas valve, turn the round copper valve at the heater backside to the maximum fire

position, press inward vigorously, make gas through.

C. Ignite at net gap with a lighter, keeping pressed the round copper valve about 10-20 seconds until

the heater ceramic plate surface get red.

D. When successful ignition, release the round copper valve. If unsuccessful ignition or fire off during

use, the brass cut-off valve will shut off automatically gas source to ensure safety.

E. In according to the fire direction on the round copper valve, user can adjust the fire as required.

F. Please close the main valve and gas source when don’t use.
