Production Induction

Purple Horn Infrared Burner covers a process rare earth as catalyst, make the flameless burning occurred at the ceramic surface and radiate directly. So, the energy transfer rate is much higher than common ceramic burner.

Working gas source: natural gas / liquefied gas - 2800 ~ 5000pa; biogas more than 8000pa. When the air pressure is much higher than the working pressure, should to install pressure reducing valve at front (such as liquefied gas); when below the operating pressure, it’s required to install pressure pump(such as biogas).

System components: Manual ignition section required -- gas source, the main valve, pressure reducing valve, gas pressure gauge, manual gas heater.

◆Each gas matches special nozzle, don't change it by yourself. 

◆If use LPG, pressure reducing valve &pressure gauge are necessory. 

◆Connect all the parts required, check gas leakage or not.

◆Sure the requied Gas Pressure: LPG/ Natural gas 3~5Kpa, Biogas ≥ 8Kpa. 

◆Only manual type could use biogas, don't try on automatic type brooder.
