PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Gas radiant ray burner for cheese making machine HD220
This heater is for industrial use, adopt the high quality import cordierite porous plate, adding rare earth catalyst to produce high quality infrared catalytic burner. Main advantages are energy-saving and reducing consumption, improving productivity, long life, easy to install and maintain, environmental protection and so on. The international quality, low prices.

Infrared Technology Feature.
As we know, usually, there are three ways to transfer heat, Radiation, Convection, Conduction and their thermal efficiency decrease in turn. Most Equipment is mainly by convection to heat air first and then, the heated air transfer to object. Heat loss is big. But, differently, infrared burner heat object directly by radiation and transfer rate will be much higher, usually it can save 20~30% gas energy and cost.
Common ceramic burner heats at ceramic plate and release infrared ray, but Purple Horn infrared burner plate covers rare earth catalyst to make the flameless burning occurred at the ceramic surface and radiate directly. So, the energy transfer rate is much higher. Following is a test result of energy consumption comparison:

3. Single operation:one among them damage will not affect other's work, but if there’s any small problem with the gas burner, the curing will be stopped.
